Inspiring Change
Emerge2 Solutions was founded by TiAnna S. Greene, Community Influencer, with a goal of enhancing the lives of people and building a stronger community. We emphasize transparency in everything we do, setting bold goals and pursuing a clear strategy that seeks to move the needle. We are constantly growing and adapting to the changes of society, and invite you to learn more about how you can make an impact.

Ladies Of Generations Tea
Ladies of Generation Tea promotes crucial conversation between women of all ages. This themed event occurs quarterly and provides opportunities for networking, vending, educational, self care & community enrichment.
Vision Board Parties
A vision board party is a goal-setting event where you create a visualization of your goals. This event is for all ages & genders. Individuals will be able to build a collage of words and pictures that represent their goals and dreams.
Fathers of the Year Awards
Emerge2 Solutions (E2S) recognizes the importance of fatherhood. Our goal is to enhance the fatherhood initiative that started in 2014 by highlighting fathers nationwide through our "#FathersFocus campaign." Fathers Focus not only encourages fathers to focus on fatherhood, but, to also focus on other areas in their lives to sustain their foundations for generations that follow. A formal event is held each year to highlight the fathers in our lives.
Marion County Black Business Network
Black-owned small businesses often are more vulnerable financially than others, with smaller cash reserves to survive tough times. Supporting Black businesses means supporting Black communities, as they are usually more than just places that offer goods and services. They are community spaces for meeting and connection. They are cultural hubs and platforms for local artists. They provide programs and resources that the community needs. Especially given these multifunctional roles, strengthening Black businesses helps strengthen our communities. Our goal is to not only promote buying black, but to host Workshops/Conferences to enhance the Buy Black experience abroad.
Beautillion & Cotillion Ball
Designed to teach life skills, pride & respect to young people ages 15-18. The skills learned will be extremely valuable as the young people progress through life. The Cotillion will allow them to showcase their table manners, dance moves as well as conversational etiquette and to signify a successful completion of the program.
Community Table Talk
A community-wide conversation with the goal of providing resources and discussing our issues and opportunities, our ambitions and biggest challenges to making our community better and what matters most to us as Marion County Residents.

Emerge2 Solutions train future leaders that is conducive to a positive work environment & a greater community.
In-Kind Support
Emerge2 Solutions pride ourselves on In-Kind Support. In‐kind support refers to resources besides money with three basic types of in‐kind donations: Goods, Services & People! In‐kind resources, or non‐cash contributions, might be things you'd otherwise pay for, or they might be things that money just can't buy. When we volunteer to give you a service, supplies, or help, you're receiving in‐kind support and building relationships money can’t buy. Let us help!
Emerge2 Safe Place
Emerge2 Safe Place provides access to immediate help and supportive resources for youth and young adults in need. As a community initiative our community partners will be instrumental in uplifting our young people as they are our future.
